Date Night Plan 1:  Elegant & Intimate 

Ideal date night for: Couples who love a classic, romantic night out. 

Start your evening with a refined dinner at Bryan’s on 290, where American bistro fare is paired with classic cocktails and local wines. To top off the romantic evening, make sure you share the chocolate crème brulee.  

Finish the evening with a hand-in-hand stroll from Bryan’s over to the Farmhouse Marketplace Tipsy Trailer, where you can sit under the lights and enjoy a wine tasting. It’s a perfect evening for easy conversation and reconnection with the one you love.  

Option 2: Trendy and Fun  

Ideal date night for: Couples who love a little style with their date night. 

Start the evening with a little shopping and exploration. We recommend a visit to June Bloom Lavender where you can shop together for some self-care items, including bath oils, lotions and more.  

Then, head over to Nice N Easy for  gourmet hot dogs, craft cocktails, and a fun, relaxed vibe. It’s playful, easy-going, and perfect for couples who like to keep things light and flirty. We recommend a fun night’s stay at a local short-term rental so you can enjoy a stroll through town after your drinks and a soak in the hot tub at your rental.  

Option 3: Nostalgic & Playful 

Ideal date night for: Couples who bond over laughter and friendly competition. 

Plan for dinner at Proof and Cooper at the Old Lumberyard, where you can enjoy classic barbecue or homecooked Southern goodness. After dinner, tap into your inner kid with a visit to the onsite arcade and face off against each other on your favorite games.  

From there, wander over to Camp Bubba Antiques and Curiosities, and challenge each other to find the most unique, quirky, or charming item in the shop. While you’re having your throwback date night, it might also be a great time to reminisce on some of the moments that brought you together in the first place!  

Option 4:  Casual & Comfortable 

For couples who just want to relax and enjoy each other’s company. 

Sometimes the best dates are the simplest ones. Grab a locally brewed beer and your favorite appetizers at Pecan Street Brewing, settle in, and enjoy an easygoing evening where conversation flows as freely as the drinks. You can spend the full evening at Pecan Street if they’re hosting live music, or can head over to Tottie’s Bar to continue an enjoyable evening together. If you’re staying in town, this might be a perfect evening to conclude by sitting around the firepit and winding down the day together.  

Option 5: Outdoorsy and Enjoyable 

Make this an all-day date by starting with a hike through Pedernales Falls State Park. You can enjoy the wildlife and get some great scenic views. Head back into town for a burger under the live oak trees at Fat Boy Burgers. If you’re feeling up for another stop, Vinovium’s patio is an ideal spot for people watching and a relaxed spot to wind down your evening.
