The Details ARRIVAL: Please plan to arrive 15–30 minutes before start time. Your class begins promptly at the scheduled time to ensure you enjoy the full step-by-step experience. Example: For a 7–9 PM party, guests should arrive between 6:30–6:45 PM. LATE POLICY: If you arrive late, you may not be able to join the class session and your payment will be forfeited. 🧺 Food & Drinks Bring your own snacks and beverages! Coolers are welcome. If you plan to bring alcohol, please note: guests must be 21+ to consume. ➡️ Don’t forget your cups, plates, napkins, ice, and bottle opener. We do not provide these items, so please come prepared. 💌 Cancellation & Refund Policy In-Studio Events: Our 24-hour cancellation policy is strictly enforced. Canceling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in store credit only . No-shows will not receive a refund or credit. Private Parties: Our 72-hour cancellation policy applies. Canceling with more than 72 hours’ notice = full refund. Canceling within 72 hours = store credit may be issued. No-shows without contact will not receive a refund or credit. Questions?
